Terms of Service

DokoArena is provided by Space Coast Digital Services LLC, doing business as Palm Bay Digital. Legal notices and support requests can be sent to tim@palmbaydigital.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use DokoArena with a parent or guardian's permission.

Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not create accounts for other people or use another person's account without permission.

DokoArena provides online Doppelkopf games, lobbies, rankings, replays, profiles, lessons, and related features. The service is in beta and may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We do not promise that every feature will always work or that game data will never be lost.

Do not cheat, manipulate matchmaking or rankings, attack the service, interfere with other players, scrape private data, impersonate someone, or use DokoArena for unlawful activity.

Lobby chat must remain civil and relevant to the table. We may remove messages, restrict chat, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable moderation steps when content or conduct harms players or the service.

You keep ownership of content you post, such as profile text and lobby messages. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, and moderate that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve DokoArena. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where we must retain it for legal, security, or dispute purposes.

DokoArena's software, branding, game presentation, lessons, and other original materials belong to Space Coast Digital Services LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of our content.

DokoArena Plus currently costs $2 per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. You can cancel through Manage billing in your profile. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access normally continues through the current paid period. Stripe processes payments and may show taxes or other payment details before you confirm.

Mandatory consumer rights remain available to you. Where applicable, this includes rights relating to conformity, supply, digital services, refunds, and withdrawal or cancellation. If you ask us to start a digital service during a withdrawal period, the law may limit or end a withdrawal right once the service is fully performed, where the required conditions are met. Contact us at tim@palmbaydigital.com if you need help with a statutory right.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, security reasons, legal requirements, or conduct that puts players or the service at risk. You can delete your account from the account settings. Closing an account does not remove rights or obligations that should continue by their nature.

To the extent allowed by law, DokoArena is provided without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. We do not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Florida law governs these Terms, except where the mandatory law of your country or state gives you stronger protections. Courts with jurisdiction in Florida may hear disputes where permitted by law. You keep any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts or forum available under the law that protects you.
